MEET ME
Celiac and on a mission to support real healing
I want to spread awareness
of what celiac really means –
beyond “just don’t eat gluten.”
Because celiac disease deserves more than being reduced to one sentence.
WHY YOU CAN TRUST ME
Why this is personal
Celiac runs through three generations in my family, and my daughter has made this mission even more meaningful. Watching her navigate a world that isn’t always built for medical dietary needs has pushed me to advocate more — for better awareness, safer environments and fewer eye-rolls in social situations.
Three generations feel like enough. I can’t change genetics, but I can build a stronger foundation: safe gluten-free routines, awareness and nourishment that supports gut and microbiome health for the generations to come.
My celiac story
I was diagnosed with celiac disease 16 years ago, after years of symptoms that were easy to explain away and hard to connect.
When I was still struggling years later, I started thinking that there might be more to it and questioned why my health did not improve even though I had been keeping a very strict gluten-free diet for years.
I studied kinesiology to understand how the body is connected and how it adapts under long-term stress, and I continued with education in holistic health focused on nutrition and lifestyle.
I have found a lot of answers on my way, but I am still eager to learn more. There is so much more to it than just avoiding gluten. It is also about mental health and rebuilding a foundation that requires effort, knowledge, endurance and extra care.
